Christy is the Director of Human Resources and Office Management for etc group. She began her career with etc group in 1997 and has held several levels of Management throughout her tenure with the company. Currently, her areas of responsibility include human resources, benefits management, medical and dental contracts/negotiations, and daily office management needs. As one of the earliest employees to join etc group, Christy has been an integral part in growing and sustaining how etc group has evolved. Prior to joining etc group, her experience included Human Resource Development at American Savings Bank in Irvine, California and Sales Director of Group and Meeting planning at the Hilton Hotel in Waco, Texas. She possesses superlative skills in employee relations, strategic management, negotiations, organizational development, business administration and operations. Christy graduated from the University of California, Irvine, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior. She continues to complete course work in various Human Resource disciplines and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Christy has a daughter who is a TCU graduate pursuing her career goals, currently as a trainer at Gartner, a technology consulting and advisory company that guides the leaders who shape the world in every major area of an organization.

In Christy’s spare time she enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants and listening to some of her favorite music.

Connie joined etc group in 2010 as an account manager and has grown her presence and department within the organization, and our partnerships alike, to the position of Vice President, Sales and Account Management. Despite a tenured relationship with etc group’s clients, Connie’s history with etc actually spans a much longer time period as she oversaw the partnership that etc group shared with American Airlines, and their mutual clients, for the last 5 years of her 11 year career with AA. During her time at American, she enjoyed learning various capacities of the industry from Reservations, Finance to internal, virtual and external sales. Connie is a proud first-generation graduate, hailing from New Mexico State University; and is a tried and true ‘small town girl’ having been born and raised in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico and now residing in Gunter, Texas (home to the now 4-time State Champion Gunter Tiger Football team, for which her son plays).

When not working, Connie enjoys playing golf and watching (attending, talking, breathing, living) football (or any sport, for that matter) and spending time with her family and friends – especially her husband Mike (yes, Mike Meyers, but not the actor nor the assassin) and her beloved son, Gavin and Frenchie, Rory.

Cristina serves as Chief Financial Officer, leading the financial operations for etc group. She joined the company in 2009 bringing with her more than two decades of experience in financial operations. Her background in a variety of industries including payment processing, agriculture and construction has afforded Cristina with knowledge allowing her to excel at managing multiple divisions as well as thinking outside of the box in providing solutions when critical issues arise.

Cristina takes great pride in her role aligning financial performance to goals, budgets and forecasts as well as identifying and mitigating financial risk for etc group.

Cristina lives in Arlington, TX where she and her husband enjoy gardening, home improvement projects and spending time with their grandchildren.

Debbie founded and has led etc group, an award winning, private, woman-owned, company since 1993; built upon her own personal beliefs such as integrity, persistence and creativity.etc group has grown to become one of the largest women-owned companies in Texas and among the top 50 in the nation under Debbie’s leadership over more than 30 years, evolving into a multi-tiered corporation consisting of Corporate Travel Management, Global Meetings, Events and Incentives and SafariScapes.

Debbie was the first, and now one of two women to be named to the Dallas Stars Advisory Board among other board positions and philanthropic endeavors near to her heart.  While recognized as one of EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year finalists, Debbie’s proudest recognition is that of Mother to her daughter, Shelby Lamon, and son, Storm Frazier – and most recently being promoted to Grandmother to granddaughters Bella and Stormy.  Debbie enjoys spending any free time with her family and loved ones, whether domestically or in her adopted country of South Africa.
